ANGUS-Big Puppy

Angus is a big, goofy puppy who's looking for a home where he can grow into a wonderful companion! He was found wandering with his mom, Gloria, and brought to the Hico Animal Shelter. Now vetted and ready for his forever family, Angus is eager to bring more playtime and fun into your life.

Ideal Home

Angus would thrive in an active household with older children. He's too much for cats, and while he enjoys the idea of playing with other dogs, his size can make him a bit overwhelming for them. A securely fenced yard is a must for this energetic pup!

Ongoing Health

Angus is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all his vaccinations (including rabies and bordetella). He is heartworm negative and on regular preventatives for fleas, ticks, and heartworms.

Training & Support

As a young puppy, Angus is still learning. He's a bit chaotic on leash and enjoys chewing on it, so he'll need guidance. He's also still working on being fully housebroken, though he is doggie door trained. He needs proper restraint when riding in vehicles due to his enthusiastic nature.
