Due to space limitations, Buddy needs to find a loving home or rescue placement by July 15th to avoid euthanasia. A volunteer noted that Buddy is obedient, not overly dominant, and comfortable meeting new people. He has also shown to interact very well with other dogs, demonstrating submissiveness when needed.
