Meet Meka, your gentle and loving best friend! This sweet hound-mastiff mix is almost 5 years old and has a heart full of love to share. Meka is always ready to brighten your day, whether he's curling up for a cozy snuggle or melting your heart with his puppy-dog eyes for a treat. He's incredibly friendly and eager to meet new people, spreading happiness wherever he goes. Meka is food-motivated and eager to please, making him a perfect candidate for fun training sessions and tasty rewards!

Ideal Home

Meka is looking for a forever home where he can shower his humans with love. While he would be overjoyed to stay with his sister, Kalena, his biggest wish is simply to find a place to call home.

Ongoing Health

All vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, has been completed. Meka is also up-to-date on flea and heartworm prevention, and has been neutered and microchipped.

Training & Support

Meka is food-motivated and eager to please, which will be a great asset during training. As with all rescue dogs, continued training efforts and understanding will help him be the best dog he can be.

Transportation

Meka is currently in Angleton, TX. He is available for transport to VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & OH. Transport is available via comfortable, air-conditioned buses with dedicated staff, and you'll have the opportunity to follow his journey on a private Facebook Event page.
