Chief

Chief is a shy but very good boy who was found as a stray and brought to the rescue. He had a bad case of mange when he first arrived, but he is doing so much better now. He is a little reserved when meeting new people, but once he gets to know you, his sweet personality shines through!

Ideal Home

Chief would do well in a home where he can feel comfortable and safe as he warms up to new people. He seems to get along well with other dogs and is completely housebroken. We haven't tested him with cats yet. Adopters must live within an hour of the rescue.

Ongoing Health

Chief has made a great recovery from his mange and is now healthy and happy!

Training & Support

Chief is already housebroken and seems to be good with other dogs. With a little patience and understanding as he adjusts to a new environment, he will surely blossom into an even more confident companion.
