He absolutely lives for human connection, with his favorite activities including greeting everyone he meets with full-body wiggles, hugs, and kisses, and soaking up all the love and attention he can get. His current family says he’s never met a stranger, and it shows. Chowder has a great zest for life and enjoys both playtime and outdoor adventures, making him a wonderful match for an active home. He has happily attended doggy daycare, was a city-dweller in NYC for a period of time, and LOVES being outdoors. Chowder is intelligent and eager to learn, and he thrives in a home that provides structure, consistency, and positive leaders. Chowder is up to date on vaccines and is heartworm negative.
Training & Support
Chowder is fully potty trained and crate trained, settling easily. He is smart and eager to learn with consistency. Remember, every rescue pup is a work in progress and comes with stories and quirks. Adoption is about presence and showing up for them every day until they know they’re finally home.
