Hi, I’m Lucy! I’m a sweet and silly girl with big, soulful eyes and a heart full of love to give. Just about a year old, I'm a medium-sized mix with a goofy personality. Not too long ago, I was found alone and injured on the side of the road in Miami. I was scared, weak, and couldn't even walk. But thanks to some amazing people, I've made an incredible recovery! Day by day, I got stronger, and now I'm feeling better than ever and ready to run into your arms. I’m gaining weight and muscle, and all that’s missing is a loving family to call my own. I’m a Velcro dog in the best way, always wanting to be near my people. I also love other dogs and would be happiest with a playful pup friend to share my adventures with. I’ve been through a lot, but I cherish every moment and wake up excited to be alive.

Ideal Home

Lucy would be happiest in a home with another playful dog.

Ongoing Health

Lucy is healthy and happy, but she is still gaining weight and building back muscle.

Training & Support

Lucy is a very affectionate "Velcro dog" and will want to be by your side.
