Meet Bodie! This sweet, timid girl is learning that the world isn't such a scary place. Shelter life has been a big adjustment for her, and she's taking things one day at a time. Bodie will need a patient adopter who understands that building trust and decompressing can take time—but watching her confidence grow will be incredibly rewarding. As she gets more comfortable, Bodie has already shown that she loves being close to her people, and we think she'll become a true velcro dog who enjoys sticking by your side wherever you go. We believe she'd do best in a home with older children who can respect her need for a gentle, slow introduction. We're still getting to know Bodie and learning more about her personality every day, but one thing is already clear: this lovely girl has so much potential to blossom in a loving, understanding home.
