Essie

Meet Espresso—“Essie”! This fun-loving Chocolate Labrador is playful, silly, food motivated, and always ready for an adventure. Found as a stray after pawing at a couple’s door, Essie received love and veterinary care before coming to WagsInn.

Essie loves fetch, car rides, and playing with children of all ages. She weighs 70 pounds and is learning leash etiquette. She does not play nicely with small dogs and may do best with dogs of a similar size and energy level.

Ideal Home

Essie would love an active home that enjoys adventures, fetch, and positive training. She requires a home within 50 miles of WagsInn because the adoption process includes a home visit.

Essie experienced skin issues after spending time as a stray. Her skin has cleared up well with medication and regular bathing.
