Guido Vito is an adorable Chihuahua mix, around 10 years old, who is ready to settle into his forever home. He’s housebroken and has the perfect balance of spunk and snuggle.

Life hasn’t always been easy for Vito—he lost much of his hearing due to untreated ear infections in the past. But he doesn’t let that slow him down! This lively little sprite is happy to trot along with you, curl up on the sofa, or spend the day lounging by your side. He’s recently discovered the joy of cuddles and will happily soak up affection without ever being demanding. At mealtimes, though, Vito shows his true personality with his hilarious “I’m starving” dance. He also loves being brushed, which makes it even easier to keep him looking so handsome. Sweet, funny, and loyal, Vito is the kind of dog who will happily match your lifestyle—playful when you’re up for it, content to relax when you are.

Ideal Home

Vito would do best in a calm home with older, gentle children. He has not been tested with cats, but he gets along fine with respectful dogs.

Ongoing Health

Vito lost much of his hearing due to untreated ear infections in the past. His new family should also help him keep an eye on his weight, as he loves food a little too much and is working on trimming down.

Vito is housebroken and loves being brushed. He has a hilarious "I'm starving" dance at mealtimes.
