Hi there! I'm Cholula, and just like my namesake, I've got a little spice and a whole lot of personality! My foster mom gave me my name because I'm sassy, fun, and unforgettable. I had a rough start after being abandoned behind a dumpster with my sister, Ladybug, so it takes me a little time to trust new people. But once I know I'm safe, my sweet and loyal side shines through. I'm a smart girl who knows how to use the doggy door and loves my daily walks. You'll usually find me waiting by the front door when I'm ready for another adventure! I absolutely love my heavy-duty Kong toys and could play tug-of-war for hours. After a fun-filled day, my favorite place to be is curled up on the couch next to my human, snoring away during one of my famous naps.

Ideal Home

I thrive in a home where I can feel safe and loved. While I love my human companions, I do need a home with no cats. I am still learning how to manage my excitement around other dogs on walks, so a patient adopter who can help me continue to make great progress would be wonderful.

Training & Support

I'm a very food-motivated girl and already know some basic commands. I'm working hard on my manners and making great progress, especially when it comes to greeting other dogs on walks. I’m learning to use the doggy door and I love my walks!
