Chip is a 2-year-old, neutered male, Pit bull mix weighing around 60 lbs. He's a sweet, curious, and loving boy who adores his people and wants to be your shadow! Chip can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but once he trusts you, he'll be your best friend forever. He's crate-trained, potty-trained, and loves being outdoors. Chip also has a fun side and is apparently the "king of costumes"! He enjoys sniffing walks and does well on a leash.
Ideal Home
Chip would thrive with an experienced adopter who can provide patience, safety, and lots of love. He enjoys playing with calm, submissive doggy siblings but needs slow introductions. He asks to not live with cats. Chip can experience anxiety when left alone, but he's working on it and can be crated. He would do well as an only dog if he could go on outings occasionally. He has also done well around older children.
Ongoing Health
No specific health conditions are mentioned.
Training & Support
Chip has some separation anxiety, but he is working on it and can be crated when left alone. He would love to continue working on his training with his new family.
