LIZZIE (Tripod)

Lizzy is a resilient and loving 1-year-old pup who has overcome a difficult start in life. She was sadly shot as a puppy, and her injured leg, which had shattered bone and metal fragments, ultimately had to be amputated. Despite this hardship and a tough recovery where she experienced anemia and a temperature drop, Lizzy is a true trooper! She's incredibly food-motivated and adores snuggling under blankets, nudging your hand for more pets. Lizzy sleeps soundly in her crate at night and happily uses a dog door during the day, always going outside to do her business. She's also a social butterfly, getting along wonderfully with other dogs and completely unfazed by the resident cats.

Ongoing Health

Lizzy has recovered from her surgery and is now a happy tripod!

Training & Support

Lizzy is already house-trained and uses a dog door. She's also great with other dogs and cats.
