JOEY

Joey is a super cute, approximately 2-year-old pup with golden tan fur and beautiful green eyes. He's a sweet, energetic, and playful boy who loves being with people, snuggling up, and going on walks. Joey lives with foster dog siblings and really enjoys playful romps with his foster sister, who is larger than him. He walks well on a leash, knows his basic commands (SIT, STAY, DOWN), and will patiently wait for his food. Joey is crate trained for workdays and nights and hasn't shown any destructive tendencies indoors.

Ideal Home

Joey will do best in a home without small pets. He would enjoy another dog his size or larger to play with, but would also be happy as an only dog where he can have your attention all to himself!

Ongoing Health

Joey is currently heartworm positive and undergoing treatment. He is still adoptable during his treatment.

Training & Support

Joey is already crate trained and walks well on a leash. He knows basic commands like SIT, STAY, and DOWN, and has good food manners.
