Lyra

Meet Lyra, a sweet and loving girl who found herself stray and undernourished. After being rescued and caring for her puppies, Lyra is now healthy and ready for her forever home. She's house-trained, enjoys being with her person, and is happy to wait patiently until you return. Lyra is incredibly sweet and will stay in the yard or her kennel. She loves to run, play, and go on long walks.

Lyra would thrive as a single dog in a home where she can be your devoted companion.

Ongoing Health

Lyra tested positive for heartworms but is currently undergoing treatment. She shows no signs of being affected by it and is expected to make a full recovery within a year. She is able to run, play, and go on long walks.

Training & Support

Lyra is house-trained and was good in a previous home. At this time, it is advisable for her not to be in the same home as other dogs, though she is fine on walks.
