Rosella "Rose", sweet blossom

Meet Rosella, also known as Rose, a sweet blossom looking for her forever home! This approximately 45 lb Carolina Dog mix, born around December 29, 2019, has a personality as bright as her name. Rose knows "sit" and "shake" and is eager to please, bringing smiles to everyone she meets with her happy-go-lucky demeanor.

Rose is a true survivor. She was abandoned and found with a severely embedded collar that caused extensive wounds. Her recovery has been nothing short of miraculous, and she is now fully healed, wearing her scars with pride. She radiates happiness and hope, and is ready for a best friend to share her life with.

Ideal Home

Rose has not yet met other dogs or cats at the rescue, so a home prepared to introduce her slowly to new furry friends would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Rose has fully recovered from her past injuries and is in great health.

Training & Support

Rose is kennel and potty trained, and eager to please, making her a joy to train. She is eligible for 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days.

Transporation

Rose is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in her adoption fee and may take her to a pickup location in a nearby town, county, or state. We coordinate with transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas. Adopters can track the van using the Life360 app and will receive updates along the way.
