Lily

Lily is a beautifully brindled shepherd/border collie mix who is loyal, playful, and loves to give hugs and kisses without slobber! She's a quiet girl who only barks when she hears something at the door. Lily enjoys chew toys, belly rubs, and people. Her favorite pastimes include chasing squirrels and playing with tennis balls. While she doesn't care for loud noises like fireworks, she seems unbothered by thunder. She knows basic commands and is already potty trained for both outdoors and puppy pads. Lily can be a bit of a sneaky scamp when it comes to food, but an assertive "NO" and a watchful eye will help deter her from any forbidden treasures.

Ideal Home

Lily would thrive in a home with older children. She gets along with some dogs but is not a fan of cats. She will become assertive with dogs who try to dominate her.

Ongoing Health

Lily is currently undergoing slow-kill heartworm treatment.

Training & Support

Lily is potty trained and knows basic commands. She will try to sneak food, so a firm "no" and a watchful eye are recommended to help her avoid temptation.
