Alaska is a handsome 4-year-old boy, weighing in at about 45 pounds. He found himself in a tough spot at a high-kill shelter in Houston, Texas, but thankfully, he's now safe and learning all about the good life! He's heartworm negative and is getting used to living with other dogs, though he'll need slow introductions to make new friends. His foster family has been working with him, teaching him the basics like potty training and a few commands. Alaska is eager to put his new skills to the test in his forever home.
