Meet Uma, a 4-year-old, 76-pound bundle of joy who has recently graduated from a six-week Board & Train program with Highland Canine! Uma is your go-to girl for fun, brains, and athleticism. She's an energetic and curious adult dog who loves a good game of fetch, playtime, or a comfy spot on the couch for a nap. Uma thrives on meeting new people and exploring new scents. This smart cookie is eager to learn and is a champion at charming you with puppy eyes and sweet kisses. While she hasn't had one-on-one playtime with other dogs, she remained unfazed in a busy shelter environment.

Ideal Home

Uma would love an active home where she can share her enthusiasm for life. She enjoys learning and would likely do well in a home that can continue her training and mental stimulation.

Uma is fully vaccinated and will be spayed soon.

Training & Support

Uma has completed a Board & Train program, demonstrating her eagerness to learn. She's a pro at giving kisses and knows how to win you over with her adorable puppy eyes!

Application Details:

• Applications begin by contacting us through Wags.
• All dogs are spayed/neutered (unless medically on hold or too young), up-to-date on shots, dewormed, and microchipped.
• The adoption fee is $400, which includes a $25 non-refundable application fee.

Transportation

Uma is located in North Carolina. Adoptions are limited to North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, or within approximately 6 hours of Raleigh, NC. Transport may be available within these areas.
