Queenie is a 7-month-old sweetheart who has blossomed beautifully in her foster home. She arrived shy and a bit overwhelmed by the world, but with love and patience, she's gaining confidence every day and is ready to find her forever family! Queenie is learning to walk on a leash and is making great strides. She truly shines around other dogs and would benefit greatly from a confident canine companion to help her feel secure and continue her journey. She's a naturally calm and gentle girl who is already potty trained and finds comfort in her crate.

Ideal Home

Queenie needs a patient family who understands shy dogs and can give her the time, space, and reassurance she needs to fully come out of her shell. A home with a confident, resident dog is a must to help her feel secure and continue progressing. She is doing well with older children and could live with cats given proper introductions.

Ongoing Health

Queenie is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Queenie is potty trained and crate trained; her crate is her safe space. She is making steady progress with leash skills. While she's still shy with new people, she is improving with kindness and patience.
