Ali

Ali is a 3-year-old, 15-pound Schnauzer/Terrier mix who is pure sweetness! She was surrendered to the shelter with her sister for reasons unknown. Ali loves to give kisses and wants to be by your side at all times, whether it's at your feet or snuggled up on the sofa for a nap. She's also a fantastic copilot for car rides! She's house-trained and sleeps through the night in her crate. Ali is praise-motivated, and a good "good girl" and pets go a long way. She enjoys playing fetch with her ball in the backyard and isn't a chewer. She will bark to alert you when someone is at the door and is good with strangers.

Ideal Home

Ali would do best as the only dog in the home. She can be startled by loud noises or fast movements but settles quickly once she feels safe. She may also experience some separation anxiety, initially barking or whining when left alone, but she does calm down.

Ongoing Health

Ali has no known ongoing health issues.

Training & Support

Ali is very smart and easygoing. She's potty-trained and sleeps through the night in her crate. She can be a zigzag walker on leash but takes correction well. She comes when called and knows basic commands. With routine and a little training, she'll be the perfect pup!
