Chester

Chester is a very loving little guy with a bigger-than-life personality. He's a young, small, male Bichon Frise with a white and cream coat. Chester is a special needs boy because he has a frozen right knee, likely from an injury when he was a baby. However, this doesn't slow him down one bit, and he just runs a bit funny! He's affectionate, brave, curious, friendly, funny, independent, playful, and smart. Chester is also house-trained and gets along with cats and children.
