Riff is a smart, loyal, and incredibly trainable young male dog with typical cattle dog energy. He's making great progress on breaking his habit of chasing cars and herding small animals. Riff needs plenty of physical and mental stimulation to be his happiest self. He loves nosework games and learning new tricks, and his food motivation makes training a breeze! Don't let his energetic side fool you; he also has a sweet and snuggly disposition that's sure to win you over. Riff enjoys playing with his squeaky toys and is eagerly hoping to trade his kennel for a loving home.

Training & Support

Riff is still working on his house training and can still show some initial fear when meeting new dogs. While he has come a long way and can now make dog friends, continued positive socialization will help him build confidence.
