Howie is a handsome 9-10-month-old, medium-sized pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart! This sweet, goofy boy is thriving in his foster home and is ready to find a forever family of his own. Howie lives with other dogs and absolutely loves to play, zoom around the yard, and then curl up for cuddles. He's currently fostered with his best buddy, Robert, and the two are great together. Whether he's wrestling with dog friends or soaking up attention from his people, Howie is happiest when he's having fun and sharing his love. Although Howie was found as a stray, he hasn't let his unknown past slow him down. He has proven to be a friendly, social pup who loves everyone he meets.
