Slinky in GA and Snickers

Slinky and Snickers are a bonded pair looking for their forever home! Slinky is a 4-year-old male, and Snickers is a 5-year-old female, both chocolate and tan with smooth coats. Slinky came to rescue when his owner was going through a difficult time, and though he's a bit of an escape artist, he's the sweetest boy who loves to cuddle and doesn't know a stranger! Snickers is a retired breeder who is very loving and friendly, and a quick learner. She's done well with house training, especially with a doggie door.

Ideal Home

Slinky and Snickers need a home with a fenced yard, as Slinky is an escape artist. They would do best in a home with children over 11 years old who are calm. They also need another young, small, laid-back dog to bond with. They are not suited for apartments, high-rises, or condos, and cannot live in a home with cats.

Ongoing Health

Both Slinky and Snickers are up-to-date on their vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered. They do not have any special medical needs.

Training & Support

Slinky is leash-trained but needs adopters to be vigilant about his escape attempts. Snickers is crate-trained and a good listener, but may need a patient adopter to help her adjust. They both appreciate having a doggie door.
