Nala Mae

Nala is a 6-year-old, spayed female Rottweiler mix who weighs 46 pounds. She's a sweet, gentle, and well-mannered companion with an easygoing personality and a heart full of love to give. Nala enjoys playing with other dogs and is just as happy relaxing afterward. She's been great with smaller dogs, respectful, and understands when playtime is over. Nala is also excellent on walks, showing no reactivity and possessing great leash manners.

Ideal Home

Nala would thrive in a home with a moderate activity level where she can enjoy a daily walk and plenty of time with her people. She would likely enjoy having another friendly dog in the home, but it's not a requirement.

Ongoing Health

Nala is up-to-date on all vaccinations and has been spayed. She is house-trained and crate-trained. While she may bark or cry for a few minutes when first crated or left alone, she settles down quickly, and this mild separation anxiety is expected to improve with a consistent routine.

Training & Support

Nala is a smart dog who knows several commands and responds well to verbal cues. She is eager to please and a joy to live with.

Nala is currently located in Houston, Texas. She can be transported once an adopter is approved. Transport is included in the adoption donation.
