Charlie

Charlie, a 10-month-old, 30 lb pit bull mix, was found with his siblings hiding under a mobile home. He was the first of his litter to be caught, as his hiding spot behind a broom wasn't exactly the most strategic! He arrived to us scared, flea-ridden, and dirty, but after months of good food, care, and love, he's transformed into a happy, roly-poly, playful pup who's ready to find his forever home! Charlie loves to play with his foster doggy siblings and enjoys cuddling with his foster mom. He's still a little shy around new people but is actively working on his socialization skills.

Ideal Home

Charlie would do well in a home with plenty of opportunities for play and affection. He's good with dogs and kids and is working on his shyness around new people, so a patient and understanding family would be a great fit.

Ongoing Health

Charlie has received all his puppy vaccinations, is microchipped, and is up-to-date on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. He will be neutered soon.

Training & Support

Charlie is familiar with using a doggy door, is crate trained, and is almost fully potty trained. He's still building confidence with new people and would benefit from continued socialization.
