Whoopi - A Sweet Girl Hoping for a Miracle

Whoopi is an unforgettable girl who was found abandoned and alone. She was diagnosed with heartworm but is well on her way to a full recovery thanks to dedicated care. Whoopi is a loving companion who thrives on affection, enjoying belly rubs, face scratches, and cuddling close to her people. She's a calm and easygoing girl, happiest napping by your side, and her adorable smile and squishy cheeks are sure to win you over.

Whoopi is also a smart cookie! She's potty trained, knows "sit," quickly learns routines, and heads straight to her treat spot after walks. She's respectful in the home, only chews on her toys, and loves car rides. She is deeply loyal and forms an incredible bond with her family.

Ideal Home

Whoopi would do best in a home without cats. We are still learning about her interactions with other dogs, and she will continue to be slowly introduced to them as she works on her social skills. A fenced yard would be ideal while she builds her confidence.

Ongoing Health

Whoopi has overcome a heartworm diagnosis and is in recovery.

Training & Support

Whoopi has started leash training with a prong collar and has made tremendous progress. She is already potty trained and respects household rules.
