Ollie

Ollie is an 8-year-old, 65-pound Lab Shepherd mix who is so in need of a home and a person of his own. He is great company and a lovable companion. Canine Caravan Rescue is willing to cover Ollie's vet care for 3 years for a caring, responsible adopter! Ollie has done well in his foster home. He’s housetrained and crate trained, and gets along with the foster’s dog, but would be fine, and maybe best, as the only dog. He is also fine to stay home alone for hours and isn't destructive in any way. Ollie pulls on the leash and is reactive when seeing other dogs on walks, but he thinks walks are overrated and would rather hang out with his person or lounge in a sunny fenced yard. He has proven himself to be smart and eager to please. He loves laying next to his current foster while she works on the computer. Ollie is more than ready to prove himself and show you what a good boy he is!

Ideal Home

Ollie would be fine, and maybe best, as the only dog. He would also love a sunny, fenced yard to lounge in.

Training & Support

Ollie pulls on the leash and is reactive when seeing other dogs on walks. He prefers lounging to long walks.
