Cata is a sweet and gentle 3-year-old, 52.6lb Pit Bull Terrier mix looking for a loving new home! She was brought to us by a community member on October 12, 2025. Cata can be a bit fearful around new faces and places, but with time and patience, she has made wonderful progress. Her confidence has grown, and she has built trusting relationships. Cata is still working on feeling comfortable crossing thresholds and doorways while on leash, so her adopter should be prepared to continue helping her build confidence through gentle encouragement and positive reinforcement. Because Cata can be sensitive to sudden movements and loud noises, she's looking for a calm home without children under 8 years old. With patience, kindness, and consistency, Cata will continue to blossom into the loving companion she's meant to be!
