About Vivie Anna Vienna the Swimming Water Dog

Sweet as chocolate, smooth like peanut butter, and filled with love, Vivie Anna Vienna is the sweetest treat you didn't know you were craving! She has the cutest "resting sad face" that she uses to her advantage to get extra treats. Vivi's soulful, peanut butter brown eyes and soft, velvety fur will put you in a trance. She's the perfect blend of bouncy energy and a whole lot of love to give.

Vivie Anna appears to be a Labrador and Staffordshire mix, about 3 years old and fully grown at 70 lbs. She is 100% love! Her favorite things include walks, car rides, puddles, and ice cream. She's a master of puppy-dog eyes, especially when the freezer opens! While she doesn't beg for regular food, she'll do anything for a tasty snack, which is a great motivator for practicing commands. She already knows how to sit, is crate and potty trained, and after an initial burst of energy, she has fantastic leash manners. She might be tempted by squirrels, so she'd do best with someone who can help her stay focused on walks. Vivie lives for affection and will often roll over for belly rubs. She absolutely adores being outside, lounging by the pool or in the sunshine. She's also a wonderful car rider, loving to feel the breeze with her head out the window.

Ideal Home

Vivie Anna would love to be adopted into a home with another dog her size or slightly bigger and would do best in a kitty-free home. She'd be a great companion for someone working from home, as she's not clingy and has a well-balanced energy, enjoying naps during the day. In the evenings, she turns into a goofy, zoomie-loving comedian. She would do best in a home with older children (10+) as she can be a bit too boisterous for little ones. A yard with some green grass for her to play and sniff would be fantastic.

Ongoing Health

Vivie Anna is up to date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injection. She has also been tested for heartworm.

Training & Support

Vivie Anna is crate trained and potty trained. She has fantastic leash manners after an initial burst of excitement. She might be tempted by squirrels, so she'd benefit from continued guidance on staying focused during walks.

Transporation

Vivie Anna is located in Texas and can be transported to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, and Canada (Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA or Brattleboro, VT). Transport is provided on USDA licensed vehicles with 24/7 care. There is an additional $87 surcharge for transport due to rising fuel costs.
