Avril

Avril is a delightful four-year-old female Pitbull Terrier who is eager to start her new life. She arrived at our shelter as a stray and, after her hold period, underwent spaying and heartworm testing. Avril tested positive for heartworm and, despite the required confinement and treatment, she remained an absolute angel. Now, she has completed her treatment and is ready to embrace life to the fullest! Avril is a wonderful mix of active and relaxed, playful yet calm. She's ready to be your devoted best friend and a social butterfly. She already knows some basic commands and walks beautifully on a leash.

Ideal Home

While we're unsure how Avril would do with children, we know for certain that she cannot live with cats or any other small animals. We are confident that with the right family, she will thrive and become a cherished member of the household.

Ongoing Health

Avril has successfully completed her heartworm treatment. She is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Avril knows basic commands and walks well on a leash. She is an intelligent and eager-to-please companion.
