Hi there! My name is Max, and I'm a handsome 2-year-old husky and shepherd mix, weighing in at 43 pounds. My brother Milo and I arrived in Virginia together, and we're looking for our forever families. We've never experienced a home or a family before, so we're a little shy and cautious when we first meet new people. But don't worry, we're working on our leash walking skills and we're not big barkers or diggers! We absolutely love to play with other dogs and get along great with them. If you're looking for a loyal companion, I'd love to be your furever baby boy!

Ideal Home

A patient and understanding family that can give us the time and space to adjust. We do well with other dogs and children.

Ongoing Health

We are up-to-date on vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered.

Training & Support

We are still learning to walk on a leash and are not yet house-trained. We are not big barkers or diggers, which is a great start! We are a bit shy when we first meet new people, so gentle introductions are key.
