Moose

Meet Moose, a charming 1-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix who weighs in at a solid 52 pounds. He's a wonderfully sweet and affectionate boy who absolutely adores people and gets along famously with other dogs. Moose is also quite curious about cats, though they may not always reciprocate his enthusiasm!

This delightful pup has a real zest for life! He loves joining his humans for coffee shop adventures, enjoys car rides, and is always up for long, sniffy walks. His favorite things include squeaky plush toys, soaking up the sun, and, of course, a good belly rub.

Moose is a very smart and eager learner who thrives on structure. He's already mastered potty and kennel training, and knows commands like place, sit, down, middle, paw, wait, and free. He's currently working on his loose-leash walking skills and is improving every day. While he's generally well-behaved, squirrels can still be a bit too exciting for him, and he sometimes forgets his manners in his eagerness to make friends!

Moose would thrive with an active family who loves spending time outdoors and wants to include him in all of life's adventures. He needs a family that will continue to guide him with love and consistency.

Moose is working on loose-leash walking and can get overly excited by squirrels. Consistent training and positive reinforcement will help him continue to succeed.
