Hi, I'm Gus! I'm a 3-year-old, 12-pound neutered Yorkie Poo who absolutely adores playtime and snuggles. I don't quite grasp the concept of personal space because I love being close to my favorite people. I'm also crate-trained and happily sleep in mine at night after a tasty treat.
I truly enjoy having a playmate, so a canine sibling would be wonderful, but I'm also perfectly content chasing balls and playing with my own toys. I'm a vocal pup and always ready to share my thoughts on the day! My zoomies are legendary – I love to run around the yard with pure joy. While a securely fenced yard is a bonus, it's not a dealbreaker. I'm happy with walks for my potty breaks, though I do tend to pull a bit when I spot a bunny or bird, so keep a firm grip!
A little secret: I can be a tad protective of my food, so it's best to let me eat in peace. I'd also do best in a home with children over 16, as I can sometimes get a little nippy during play. Slow introductions to new visitors are a good idea, as I like to make sure my home is secure. I'm brimming with love and fun, just waiting to share my zest for life with a family who cherishes a playful, cuddly companion. And let's be honest, my cute face is pretty irresistible!

Ideal Home
A home with another small dog would be great, but not required. A securely fenced yard is a plus. I would do best in a home with children over 16. Slow introductions to new people are recommended.

I am crate trained. I can pull a bit on the leash, and I get excited by small prey. I can be a bit nippy when playing and protective of my food.
