Benson is a handsome 10-month-old black Lab mix, weighing around 50 pounds, who is eager to find his forever family. Benson's true superpower is his wonderful personality! He's affectionate, gentle, funny, and loves being close to his people. He enjoys being part of the action and will greet you with cheerful conversation when you come home. For a young dog, Benson is quite accomplished! He is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks beautifully on leash. He's also great with children, gets along well with other dogs and cats, and has even proven himself trustworthy around chickens. While he still has puppy-like enthusiasm and curiosity, Benson is maturing into a wonderful companion who enjoys both adventure and downtime.

Benson is looking for a committed family that will give him the love, structure, and care he deserves. A securely fenced yard and an excellent veterinary reference are required.
