Poppy Lou is an approximately 8-month-old, 35 lb Lab/Pittie mix who is as sweet as can be! She has an adorable "panda bear" face, perfectly floppy ears, and a gentle nature that melts hearts. Poppy Lou is affectionate, easygoing, and has a soft way about her that makes everyone fall in love. She's not a hyperactive puppy, but rather content to be near her people and soak up affection.

Ideal Home

Poppy Lou would be happiest in a home with a backyard where she can continue exploring, playing, and growing at her own pace. She has done wonderfully with children aged 3-16 and is also dog-friendly, getting along beautifully with her foster siblings.

Poppy Lou is crate trained, potty trained, walks fairly well on a leash with continued practice needed, and knows how to sit. She is treat motivated and takes treats very gently. She can be a little shy when meeting new people or in new environments, but this subsides once she settles in.
