Valentina

Valentina is a sweet young girl looking for a fresh start and plenty of love! She's a beautiful Lab mix, estimated to be around 1 year old, and weighs about 38 lbs. Valentina is eager for sniffy walks, park adventures, and making new pup pals. Most of all, she's dreaming of a place to belong, where she can feel safe and loved, offering adoring gazes, love, and loyal companionship in return. She has so much love to give to her future humans!

Ideal Home

Valentina would love a home where she can go on adventures with her humans, whether that's romping in the park or simply trotting by your side. Making pup pals along the way would be great too!

Ongoing Health

Valentina tested positive for heartworms but is receiving treatment. Heartworm is not contagious and, with proper treatment and ongoing preventative medication, dogs can live full and normal lives with no significant long-term effects. She will need to be kept calm for 4-6 weeks after treatment. We are happy to discuss the specifics of her treatment plan.

Training & Support

Valentina is working on her crate training, and like many young dogs, may need continued guidance to be fully house-trained.

Transporation
