These German Shorthaired Pointer puppies are ready to find their forever homes! They come from some of the most impressive hunting bloodlines, blending close-ranging dogs from both the US and Europe, with a lineage of Hall of Fame field trial dogs. Both parents have proven to be excellent close-range hunters, and their grandparents on the dam's side were also fantastic family pets. The sire, Ivo, is described as mellow and sweet with a love for retrieving and a great nose. The dam, Helga, is an amazing all-around dog and a go-to in the field. You're sure to love these pups, whether you're looking for a companion for the home or the field!

Meet Scott Winslow Von Meistern Kennels. Scott Winslow is from Illinois and breeds German Shorthaired Pointers. We are a small 7 dog kennel, we strive to produce the best looking, hardest hunting GSP's one can find in the US. I started my kennel with some of the absolute best bloodlines in the world. Our dogs are intelligent, trainable, and very lovable. Our dogs get real hunting experience every fall. We have placed 100 plus pups in 11 states over 7 years so far. We only breed one to two litters a year, so availability is limited. All litters are started off in our home and receive a lot of attention. We feed the best food and provide excellent care to our pups. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual.
