Meet Willy! This cheerful, playful Shih Tzu/Labrador mix puppy was born around March 2026 and currently weighs 8lbs. Willy is always excited to make new friends and is sure to bring lots of happiness and fun into his forever home. He loves romping around the yard, playing with his doggie buddies, and soaking up all the fun at his foster home. He is a social pup who does great with dogs, cats, and kids, making him a wonderful addition to a family looking for a sweet companion. With his happy spirit, playful energy, and loving nature, Willy is sure to fill his future home with puppy kisses, laughter, and lots of tail wags!

Ongoing Health
Willy will be neutered in September. The adoption fee covers age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention.
Training & Support
He is currently working on his crate training and potty training and is learning more every day.

Transporation
Take Paws Rescue is based in New Orleans, Louisiana. All of their animals live in foster homes.
