Petey is a gentle and kind soul who has overcome many challenges. He came from a hoarding situation with over a hundred Chihuahuas and has truly blossomed into a cuddle bug, seeking affection and enjoying cozy time on his foster mom's lap. He's a wire-haired mix with a loving personality and is doing wonderfully.

Ideal Home

Petey would thrive with a patient adopter who recognizes his past and can see his continued potential. He does great with other dogs and cats and would be best suited to a home with one or two balanced and gentle dogs to help him adjust to a normal life of kindness and consistency.

Petey is neutered, vaccinated, HW negative, and current on all his vaccines.

Training & Support

Petey has overcome a lot and continues to learn about life. His new family should be prepared to offer him consistency and kindness as he continues to grow.
