Rambo

My name is Rambo, and I'm a 1.5-year-old, 65lb, neutered Lab/Boxer mix with a heart full of love! I was found in a ditch with my brother when we were just puppies, and I've been with my rescue family ever since. While I've seen other dogs come and go, I've been patiently waiting for my forever human. I'm a gentle soul, and sometimes the bigger dogs here pick on me, so I used to stick to playing with the tiny pups. But a wonderful caregiver gave me my own dog run, and now I have a blast zooming around! I can be a little shy when meeting new people, but with patience and time, I'll come right up for pets. Once I feel safe, I'm a happy, energetic boy ready for adventure!

Ideal Home

My ideal family is active and loves the outdoors! Hiking, camping, and beach trips are my jam. If you're a runner, I'd love to be your running buddy. I haven't been around small children before, and due to my energy, I would likely knock them over, so a home without them would be best.

Training & Support

I'm working on my confidence when meeting new people. With a little patience and a safe environment, I warm up quickly and become very affectionate.
