KIP

Kip is a wonderful, affectionate boy who came to us as a stray after being found running in traffic. He was a bit anxious when he first arrived, but has since blossomed into a social and people-oriented dog. Kip is highly food motivated and already knows "sit," "paw," and "down." He walks nicely on leash, takes treats gently, and enjoys human company. In foster and outing settings, Kip has proven to be a great traveler, greeting people politely and remaining calm around other dogs in public. He even did well at an adoption event, accepting handling from both adults and children and happily napping!

Ideal Home

Kip thrives in calm, structured environments. He needs careful supervision and structured introductions with other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Kip was recently involved in an altercation with another dog, which resulted in injuries requiring veterinary care. Further details can be discussed when you apply.

Training & Support

While Kip is learning to manage his excitement around other dogs, he can become overstimulated and overly assertive in playgroups. He will benefit from continued guidance on appropriate dog interactions.
