Thunder is a 10-month-old, approximately 40-pound bundle of zesty energy! We believe he might be a Pit Bull or Lab Retriever mix, but what's most important is his incredibly sweet, curious, and cuddly nature. He’s a social butterfly who loves everyone he meets and truly thrives on companionship. Thunder is excellent at fetch and equally happy to snuggle up after a good play session. He gets along wonderfully with the cats in his foster home. This smart pup already knows "sit" and "wait," is crate trained, and potty trained, making him a true joy to have around. He's one of the most at-risk puppies in the US, and choosing to adopt him means saving his life and opening up space for another dog in need.
Ideal Home
Thunder would love a home with outdoor space where he can play, explore, and enjoy his favorite sunbathing sessions.
Ongoing Health
Thunder is a healthy young pup who has received all necessary vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm preventatives.
Training & Support
Thunder is still young and will need a family committed to continued training and socialization. Puppies learn and grow every day, so consistent routine, structure, boundaries, and positive social experiences are key to raising a confident, well-rounded adult dog. We require adopters to continue crate training to support potty training, energy management, and long-term success.
