Asher

Asher is a handsome, almost 4-year-old black kelpie mix who was rescued with his siblings from a high-kill shelter in San Antonio. While his siblings have found their forever homes, Asher is still patiently waiting for his special person. He's a shy boy who tends to avoid people at first, but he just needs a little time and patience to warm up. His foster family has seen how quickly his brother and sister opened up to their adopters in about a week, and they're confident Asher will do the same. He dreams of a cozy basket where he can feel safe, loved, and truly at home. Asher is friendly with dogs and cats.
