Sister

Sister is a loving female Labrador Retriever and American Staffordshire Terrier mix who is about 2 years old. She came to us after living the pack life near an oilfield facility. When we found her, she was unique in that when we would go check on her, she ran right up to us and was immediately affectionate. She is a big girl, but does well in her crate or outdoor kennel at the rescue. She is a clingy girl, but considering her lore, it is to be expected. Her affection includes lounging and a bit of jumping, so she might be better in a home with older children. Sister would be an ideal farm dog or indoor-outdoor active family dog. In addition, Sister is ready to be some pup's sister...she LOVES rough and tumble play with other dogs.

Ideal Home

Sister would do well as a farm dog or an active indoor-outdoor family dog. She loves to play with other dogs and would likely enjoy a home with canine companions. Due to her affectionate nature that includes jumping, she might be best suited for a home with older children.

Sister is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Sister is house-trained. She is a clingy girl, which is understandable given her past. She enjoys lounging and can be a bit jumpy when showing affection.
