Meet Duke! This handsome 38-pound charmer is a delightful mix of Pointer and Border Collie, making him the perfect medium-sized companion. Duke is a professional cuddler and will be your most loyal shadow, offering moral support while you conquer your day. He's a smart cookie who's crate-trained and has aced potty training, making him a dream houseguest. Duke absolutely adores children, having been gentle and patient with kids as young as six months old. He's also a social butterfly with other dogs, getting along famously with pups of all sizes. While he hasn't met any cats yet, we're eager to arrange a meet-and-greet to see if he can welcome a feline friend into his life.
Ideal Home
Duke dreams of a fenced-in yard where he can romp and play to his heart's content. He's looking for a quiet neighborhood where he can enjoy leisurely strolls and sniff every blade of grass. Busy apartment living isn't quite his style; he prefers a calmer environment to match his chill vibe.

Training & Support
Duke is a well-behaved boy who is already crate-trained and house-trained. He loves to play with other dogs and would likely thrive with a canine sibling in his new home.

- Before the adoption is finalized, you will meet your pet through a video call.
- The adoption fee is $1,200 and includes all vetting, DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and priceless years of love and loyal companionship.

Transporation
Duke is currently in a foster home in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide and can transport pets to: WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
