Franck is a young, approximately 7-month-old, 22 lb Jack Russell Terrier mix with a playful spirit and a very loving personality. He's a happy and social puppy who enjoys being around people and other dogs, and he gets along well with everyone. Franck absolutely loves being petted and receiving constant affection, which makes him feel safe and content. He was found abandoned and suffering from severe mange that damaged his tail, resulting in the loss of part of it, but he is now healthy and full of life, ready for a new chapter with a family who will cherish him.
Ideal Home
Franck would thrive in a home with a securely fenced backyard and an active family that enjoys outdoor activities. He needs a family with a genuine intention to rescue a dog, understanding their need for protection and education. Experience with dog behavior and training, or a willingness to hire a trainer, is highly recommended. High tolerance and patience for rescued puppies are essential. Franck is not house-trained.
Ongoing Health
Franck's tail was partially lost due to a past case of severe mange, but he is now healthy. He has received a spay/neuter certificate, DHPPI and rabies vaccines, bordetella vaccine, deworming, microchipping, a 4DX test and certificate, a negative heartworm test certificate, and monthly Nexgard Spectra preventive protection. He also has a health certificate and vaccine booklet.
Training & Support
Franck is not house-trained, and adopters should be prepared for this. He requires patience and understanding, as rescued dogs may have fears and anxieties due to past experiences. Establishing a routine and clear boundaries will help him feel secure. His new family should be willing to work on his training or hire a professional.
