About Sandy Avalon The Girl with the Gentlest soul

Sandy radiates innocence and sweetness, with eyes that look into your soul and melt your heart. She is a quiet and gentle girl who takes a little time to warm up to new people, but once she does, you'll have a loyal best friend. Sandy shows her affection with subtle leans and tiny steps closer for love. She has an abundance of love to share and is eager to find a family to give it to. Ideal Home

Sandy needs a home with at least one other dog to help build her confidence. A secure, fenced yard is a must for her to safely explore. She would do best in a home with older, respectful children who can give her the space she needs to feel secure, as sudden movements can make her skittish.

Ongoing Health

Sandy is fully vetted, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.

Training & Support

Sandy is fully crate trained and 100% potty trained, with no accidents in foster care. She is a calm and gentle walker, non-reactive to common distractions, and enjoys short car rides. While not highly treat-motivated, she can't resist Colby Jack cheese, which is perfect for administering medication. Sandy is quiet and rarely barks.
