Meet Alice - Our little miracle girl!
Alice was found in Las Juntas barely able to move, and her rescuer feared shed been hit or thrown from a car. She could not walk at all. After vet care and full radiographs in PV, we learned she had no fractures just spinal shock and was expected to recover. Within days she gained strength, and one week later she was running around Puppyland like nothing had ever happened.

Adoption process:
Our rescue is located near Bucerias Mexico. We use Petfinder to reach a greater audience for our dogs and adopt the majority of our dogs to the US and Canada.
The first step is to submit an application on our website here: https://www.adogsnewlife.org/adopt
Once we receive your application, we will review it and may contact you for more information or to conduct a home check. If your application is approved and the dog is located in Mexico, we will collaborate with flight companions (flight angels) flying from Puerto Vallarta to destinations close to where the dog is posted as available. Adopters can meet these flight angels at the airport and take the pup home. (We can provide more detailed information about this process to adopters upon request.)
Urgent: Due to the upcoming heat embargo, dogs adopted to Canada won't be able to fly into Canada after May 15. They can fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border.
We have successfully completed many adoptions over the summer with volunteers helping to bring dogs to their adopters at the border this remains a great option to keep adoptions moving forward.
