My name is Chunk, and I'm a gentle giant! I'm a 1.5-year-old Saint Bernard/Pyrenees mix who weighs in at a substantial 153 lbs. Don't let my size fool you, I'm not overweight – I'm just a whole lot of love packed into a big, beautiful package! I'm a noble and friendly companion, and my absolute favorite thing in the world is spending time with my humans, especially kids. I've lived with children aged 7+ and adore them, happily joining in games of tag, chase, and tug-of-war. I'm proud to say I'm housebroken and comfortable being left to my own devices in my safe space when my family is away. I don't use a crate. Walks are a highlight of my day, and I get so excited when I see that leash! I'm a good boy on walks, not reactive to other dogs or things we pass, though I do enjoy a good sniff here and there. I'm a smart and loyal pup who is still young and energetic but also knows how to relax and be a couch potato – after all, I'm built for comfort! While I've always been an only dog, I've never shown aggression and have been good with other dogs I've met.

I'm looking for a single-family home with a fenced-in yard where I can safely play and explore.

Training & Support

I'm a smart cookie and eager to please! I walk nicely on a leash but still enjoy a good sniff break. I'm happy to continue learning and growing with my new family.
